On the car with the diesel engine the oil radiator is located between the oil filter and its basis. Oil is cooled with cooling liquid passing through an oil radiator. Advantage of such arrangement of an oil radiator is fast heating of cold oil to working temperature. The oil radiator can be removed only after removal of the oil filter and a detachment of hoses. For this purpose unscrew a nut located on its bottom surface.

The oil radiator is pressurized on the basis of the filter by a sealing ring (see fig. 457 ). The moment of a tightening of a nut — 25 N · m.
